Naturopathy mainly deals with the five great elements (PANCHAMAHABHOOTHA),  which is said to be present in everything in the universe, including human body.

These elements are as follows-

1) Pruthvi (Earth Property)

2) AAP (Water)

3) Tej (Fire)

4) Vayu (Air Property)

5) Akash (Ether / Emptyness)

Panchamahabhootha healing is a simple and most efficient way of healing the body with the five elements of mother nature.

Health is lost, when we become separated or dislocated from nature.

When all these elements interact with our body in a balance, the restoration is quickly achieved.

These 5 elements include-

  • Earth (food therapy)

Most of the diseases known to man are directly or indirectly caused by the food he consumes. To regenerate and educate the food habits , we have fasting therapy and diet counselling, which helps one to balance their life with proper diet.

Mind therapy also help in alleviating certain diseases.

  • Water therapy

Water detoxifies the body and mind. 72% of our body and 8.3% of the brain contains water. We treat certain ailment using water known as hydrotherapy.
